Li-ion charger V2

Specifications

This charger was selected specifically to charge Frogwatch Battery Packs. The charging current is 3A. It takes about 5-8 hours to fully charge an empty battery. The charger is available in the store.

Connecting

The connector fits only one way onto the connector of the Frogwatch V2. When you connect it, you hear a light click, so you know it is firmly attached.

Always hold the connector itself and do not pull on the cables. Connecting and disconnecting does not take much force: to disconnect the battery, press the latch so the connector comes loose easily.

Compatibility with old (V1) Battery Packs

The cable of the new V2 charger does not fit the old V1 Battery Packs as standard. On request, we can supply a V1 charger with any adapter cables needed. Contact us if you want to order one. Never try to modify the cables yourself!

Use

As soon as you connect the charger to the battery, a light on the charger turns on:

• Red means the battery is charging.
• Green means the battery is full.
